I like to study what makes something good, so when I execute, I can execute well. That often makes me the victim of analysis paralysis. I'm really good at starting things, not so great at finishing them. Instead of creating the perfect website and releasing it, I'm going to be working on it little by little and posting here and there. This site is a work in progress (like me). It's my best anecdote for my analysis paralysis.

I've been writing for some time and felt like I needed to make my own site instead of publishing on someone else's. (Thank-you to my friends who gave me the idea and have since encouraged me.) From here on out, this will be my hub for what I write. You'll also have all my previous posts from Medium, and any other I previously published on Facebook. Because this is run by Wix, you'll also be able to share and go back to content more easily than when I was on Medium. In the coming days ahead you'll also be able to find my photography and biography on here as well.

I hope my words can, like the homepage says, provoke thought and arouse emotion. I hope it gets people thinking about topics that I find important. I hope it changes minds, is easy to understand, and most importantly, gets people thinking. I hope it entertains. I hope it's funny. I hope it captures attention and doesn't let it go.

I'm doing this because I like to write, think, debate and tell stories. To keep this enjoyable for me, I'm relieving myself of any pressure to meet deadlines or goals. At some future period I may commit and upload on the regular, but for now, I'm running this as a hobby.
